Job Summary
Respond to inbound leads quickly and consistently across online, phone, social media, and in-person channels. Generate new business through targeted outreach and engagement while managing and tracking your pipeline using CRM tools. Build rapport to guide customers through product selection and purchasing decisions, presenting solutions aligned with their needs, lifestyle, and budget. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through post-sale follow-up to drive repeat business and referrals. Maintain accurate deal documentation and collaborate effectively with Sales Managers and F&I partners. Required Qualifications
- Willingness to work weekends
- Some positions may require a valid driver's license and a good driving record

- Previous sales experience preferred but not required
