RV Sales Associate

Generate sales for new and used RVs and equipment while providing customers with an outstanding service experience. Build rapport and trust, conduct informative interactive demonstrations, and serve as a liaison between customers and departments including Accounting, F&I, Parts, and Service. Maintain contact to increase repeat and referral business, continuously improve product knowledge, and implement the Alpin Haus selling system. Handle customer objections and explore opportunities to add value to the customer's experience. Pay is $60,000 with uncapped commission potential up to $200,000 annually. A high school diploma and one year of retail sales experience are required, along with a valid driver's license. Candidates must be willing to work Saturdays and three to five sales event weekends per year.
