Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Detailing, Housekeeping, and PDI teams to ensure rental units are cleaned, inspected, serviced, and ready for customer departures. Prepare staff schedules, assign work, and monitor fleet readiness, turnaround times, and operational performance while resolving customer service issues. Coach employees, assist with hiring and onboarding, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Work in all weather conditions with weekend and seasonal overtime, lifting up to 50 lbs. Fluency in German is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience
- Minimum two years of experience in RV rentals, hospitality, tourism, accommodations, or a related service industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
- Indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Weekend, evening, and seasonal overtime as required
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in German is an asset, as many of our rental customers are German-speaking
