Job Summary
Move RVs and trailers across the lot or into service bays using forklifts or tow vehicles. Keep the lot organized, neat, and ready for customers and deliveries. Support service and sales teams with vehicle staging, event setup, and basic inspections to flag issues. Maintain a clean, safe environment while working outdoors on your feet most of the day. This physical, hands-on role is part of Blue Compass RV's fastest-growing network of dealerships.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors
- Ability to work on feet most of the day
Desired Qualifications
- Experience preferred driving or maneuvering large vehicles
