Job Summary
Assist customers in identifying, sourcing, and purchasing the correct RV parts and accessories while managing inventory through receiving, stocking, and organizing the parts department. Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges accurately, coordinate with service technicians for timely component availability, and research hard-to-find or special-order RV components. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RV parts catalogs and manufacturer updates, providing exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone. Requires prior experience in RV or automotive parts, familiarity with RV systems and parts lookup software, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in RV parts, automotive parts, or a related powersports/dealership environment preferred
- Familiarity with RV systems including electrical, plumbing, appliances, and structural components
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to use parts lookup software and dealership management systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
