RV Parts Manager

Oversee daily warehouse workflow by scheduling staff, managing hiring and training, and handling shipping, receiving, and inventory reconciliation. Reconcile parts against invoices, conduct inventory counts, and advise management on inventory levels while ensuring compliance with safety policies. Manage employee performance evaluations, handle discipline and terminations per company policy, and collaborate with other departments for efficient operations. Complete required management reports, execute maintenance activities, and research ideas to improve warehouse processes. Attend scheduled and impromptu meetings as needed.
