Job Summary
Oversee RV Parts Inventory, forecast stock needs across service and sales, assist RV owners and technicians with locating, ordering, and understanding the right parts, coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate invoicing, and promote compatible upgrades through compelling RV parts promotions for retail customers. Strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills paired with hands-on knowledge of RV systems and dealership software are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in an RV parts department, dealership, or service center preferred
- Working knowledge of RV systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using dealership management software (DMS) or inventory platforms
