Job Summary
Greet customers and assist them in identifying the RV parts and accessories they need, providing expert advice on parts selection, compatibility, and installation. Process customer orders promptly and maintain an organized inventory by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and verifying incoming shipments. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure accurate parts identification and address customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally. Actively promote sales and recommend related products or upgrades to enhance the customer experience while building positive relationships with suppliers.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent organization and follow up skills
- The ability to follow department procedures and policies
- A Valid Driver License
- Good driving record
