Job Summary
Determine vehicle issues with customers and service advisors, then diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems to manufacturer specifications. Perform quality inspections, including test drives, prior to returning vehicles. Communicate directly with service advisors to inform customers of additional needs and provide estimates for new repairs. Execute warranty repairs and mentor other technicians while solving complex mechanical problems. Requires a driver's license and state inspection license, with pay ranging from $29-42/hour based on experience. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma)
- 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Operator Driver's License
- State Inspection License
