Job Summary
Operate tractors, forklifts, skid steers, and other equipment to safely move, stage, and position RVs across the lot for technicians and deliveries. Towing and transporting customer units while driving company vehicles for pickups and deliveries. Coordinate with the Service Department on repairs and staging to maintain efficient lot organization, cleanliness, and overall appearance. Support seasonal needs including snow removal and outdoor cleanup, while ensuring secure opening and closing procedures for equipment areas. Work Mon-Fri 8:00am to 4:30pm at PleasureLand RV Center, the largest dealership in the Upper Midwest, where you'll gain experience in a team-first culture with competitive pay and full benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable operating various equipment and towing trailers
- Basic mechanical ability and comfort using tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to safety and awareness when moving large units
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
