Job Summary
RV Finance Manager responsible for strategically selecting lenders, securing approvals, and maximizing F&I value by structuring profitable deals, ensuring compliant funding, and increasing F&I PVR. Oversees Contracts in Transit (CIT) coordination with the business office, tracks F&I metrics (PVR, product and lender penetration), and partners with the sales desk to train, hand off, and improve closing ratios and customer experience while upholding policy and integrity. Utilizes menu-selling techniques, sales training, and biweekly program experience to drive store performance and develop the F&I team at Kunis RV in Janesville, WI.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven Finance & Insurance experience with strong working knowledge of F&I products, RV protection packages, lender programs, and compliance
