Job Summary
RV Attendant provides first-point-of-contact guest services at Rolling Hills Casino, including check-in/check-out, processing reservations, posting charges to guest accounts, handling guest requests, resolving complaints, and maintaining front desk and related areas. The role requires strong interpersonal and guest-service skills, the ability to work with minimal supervision, effective communication, and familiarity with the VIZ 1 Reservation System. The position may involve overtime and collaboration with multiple departments; familiarity with casino promos, menus, and events is beneficial. A Gaming license issued by the Paskenta Gaming Commission is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Experience in customer service
- Knowledge of telephone equipment and its operation
- Strong computer / keyboarding skills and aptitude desired
- Gaming license issued by the Paskenta Gaming Commission
