Job Summary
Maintain accurate financial records, manage accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile bank statements for UAE-based entities. Prepare and post journal entries, perform general ledger reconciliations, and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Conduct variance analysis, assist in budget preparation and forecasting, and monitor fixed asset transactions. Fluently speak Russian and English to serve a client-focused role within a diversified group operating in Spain, Russia, and Dubai.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proven expertise in preparing full sets of accounts for multiple entities
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE accounting standards and regulations
- Experience with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax regulations and filing
- Proficiency in accounting software/ERPs
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with various departments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Fluently speak Russian
- Fluently speak English
