Job Summary
Russian-speaking Call Center Agent for LBC Mortgage (Remote, PST hours). Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound customer calls, assisting clients with insurance-related questions and requests, delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text, following up on documentation and policy updates, accurately entering and maintaining customer information in company systems, resolving customer concerns professionally and promptly, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure a smooth experience. Requires fluency in English and Russian, prior call center or customer service experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent phone etiquette and active listening, comfort in a fast-paced environment, proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new systems, a reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace, and availability during PST business hours. Preferred qualifications include experience in the insurance industry, experience with CRM systems, and sales or client retention experience.

- Previous Customer Service or Call Center experience
