Job Summary
Conduct initial evaluations, administer tests and measures, and synthesize results to formulate diagnoses, goals, and plans of care for patient caseloads. Execute treatment plans through musculoskeletal interventions including therapeutic exercise, joint mobilization, and modalities while providing education on ADLs, IADLs, and community reintegration. Record daily care data, billing, and progress reports using Prompt EMR in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, oversee support staff, and initiate discharge plans as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in
- Completed state regulated CEU requirement in appropriate state (NY, NJ)
- Valid CPR License
