Russian Language-Enabled OSINT Analyst

Job Summary
Conduct in-depth research and provide analytical support for client mission sets by translating, transcribing, and interpreting highly technical foreign language information into colloquial English. Perform bidirectional translation work between Russian and English, validate information using PAI/OSINT tradecraft, and deliver accurate environmental assessments to senior policymakers. Additional duties include report writing, quality control, review, gisting, and training as necessary. This role requires a minimum ILR score of 2 in Russian, an active TS/SCI clearance, and 4+ years of open-source research experience. Based in Dayton, OH, the position supports the defense, intelligence, and homeland security communities by providing actionable intelligence in the current information environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience conducting open-source research, including use of associated tradecraft and tools
- Experience conducting research in the source language
- Ability to demonstrate a minimum ILR score of 2 or ACTFL Advanced Low in listening and reading in Russian
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of applications
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of other IC disciplines (SIGINT, HUMINT, etc.)
- Experience using machine translation tools to complete human-assisted translations
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools to decrease analysis and production timelines
- Computer programming fundamentals/experience (Python, SQL, etc.)
