Job Summary
Full-time remote English-Russian Experienced Medical Interpreter in a blended (OPI & VRI) environment. Provide accurate consecutive interpretation over phone and video between English and Russian in medical, social services, customer service, and financial settings to facilitate communication between healthcare providers and patients. Requires knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, relevant medical-interpretation certification, and strong communication/listening skills. Equipment and connectivity requirements include direct Ethernet, specific headset brands, up-to-date browser, processor, and 1080p camera; start date June 2026. Start with a remote, home-based role offering pay-per-available-hour and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Russian
- Remote interpretation experience in both languages is mandatory
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Relevant certification in medical interpretation or a related field
- HIPAA compliance
- Medical, customer service, social services, and financial calls interpretation skills
