Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year minimum of professional experience in remote medical interpretation
- Minimum C1 English fluency
- Certification options: EF SET (4-Skill), TOEFL, or CAE accepted
- Pass terminology and interpreter skills evaluation during hiring
- Mastery of medical and customer service terminology
- HIPAA and FWA certifications (current or willing to obtain)
- Willingness to complete standard background check by email
- Hardwired Ethernet connection mandatory
- USB headset with good quality and noise cancellation
