Job Summary
Review content in Russian (and English) according to platform policies, moderate violations of client policies, and escalate as needed while maintaining high-quality case reviews. Training will prepare you for the product/service and its social‐media platform where users create and share short videos on various topics and trends. The role emphasizes language proficiency, customer-service orientation, and strong communication/empathetic skills to support a multicultural user base. 12‐month renewable contract with benefits including private health insurance after 6 months, meal vouchers, and additional salaries, based in Lisbon, Portugal.
