Job Summary
Russian-fluent Customer Support Agent (Bench Team) to deliver world-class customer service by researching, investigating, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities include managing support tickets within SLA for LOB with focus on first-call resolution, following troubleshooting procedures, contributing to knowledge base articles, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and assisting with escalated issues. Must have strong written and verbal Russian & English, good problem-solving and time-management skills, and be comfortable with hybrid work arrangements in Bellevue, WA. Requires at least 1 year of customer service experience and an associate degree or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred). Compensation in Washington state is $23.00 to $25.50 per hour, with annualized equivalent of $47,840–$53,040 depending on experience. Role classified as Full Time, non-exempt, with a two-days-in-office hybrid schedule.
