Job Summary
Education Champion tutors provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in core subjects (Math, Reading, Writing, Social Studies, Science, and Regents prep) to students in Hillsborough County, with opportunities to work in assigned schools or virtual programs. The role offers flexible scheduling (10-35 hours/week) and a program completion bonus up to 10% of total program earnings. You’ll collaborate with teachers and school leaders to deliver engaging, personalized learning strategies, helping underserved urban students reach their potential. Bilingual candidates are welcome; strong academics (minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or relevant field) and being a degree-seeking student or graduate are encouraged.
