Job Summary
Experienced Home Health Aide needed to provide in-home care for clients in Williamstown, PA and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include personal care assistance (hygiene, dressing), incontinence and mobility support, companionship, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, errand support, transportation, medication reminders, and care documentation. Must have or be willing to obtain CNA certification or state competency test, and possess a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle. Flexible day-shift options (full-time or part-time) and urgent-hiring for immediate client openings. Salary $15–$17 per hour based on assignments, with a benefits package including 401(k), health benefits, and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
