Job Summary
Provide in-home personal care assistance including hygiene, dressing, incontinence care, and mobility support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Deliver companionship, emotional support, meal planning, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, and medication reminders while documenting care per individual client plans. Travel to client homes in White Deer PA and surrounding areas as assignments open, accepting waitlist roles to qualify for the $15–$17 per hour rate. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and completion of state competency testing or CNA licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required)
