Job Summary
Provide in-home personal care assistance, including hygiene, dressing, incontinence care, and mobility support for seniors and adults with disabilities in Wernersville, PA. Plan and prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, run errands, and offer companionship and emotional support to clients. Remind recipients of medication schedules and complete required care documentation for each assignment. This role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules with day, evening, and weekend shifts available. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and recent TB test or CNA license. Pay rates range from $15 to $17 per hour for those accepting immediate client assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required)
- Willingness to accept client assignments from our waitlist to qualify for special rate
- Day shifts available, Monday–Friday, evenings, and weekends
- Full-time or part-time opportunities
