Job Summary
Provide in-home personal care assistance, including hygiene, dressing, incontinence care, and mobility support for seniors and adults with disabilities in Watsontown, PA. Plan and prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping, run errands, and provide transportation. Remind clients of medication schedules and offer companionship and emotional support. Maintain accurate care documentation for each assignment. This role requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and completion of state competency testing or a CNA license. Candidates must pass TB testing within one week of hire. Full-time and part-time shifts are available Monday through Friday, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required)
- Willingness to accept client assignments from our waitlist to qualify for special rate
- Must be able to travel to client locations
