Job Summary
Urgent full-/part-time Home Health Aide openings in Troy, PA and surrounding areas for in-home, client-centered care. Responsibilities include personal care assistance (hygiene, dressing), incontinence care and mobility support, companionship and emotional support, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, errands and transportation, medication reminders, and care documentation. Candidates must have a valid CNA license or complete the agency’s state competency test, a TB test (or equivalent), and a valid driver's license with reliable vehicle; be willing to accept client assignments from the waitlist to qualify for the special rate. Flexible scheduling with day/evening/weekend shifts; benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, and opportunities for advancement. Location(s): Williamsport, PA area; in-home care at clients’ homes; travel to client locations required.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
