Job Summary
Provide in-home care to clients in the Williamsport area with flexible full-time or part-time opportunities. Responsibilities include personal care assistance (hygiene and dressing), incontinence care and mobility support, companionship and emotional support, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, errands and transportation, medication reminders, and care documentation. Qualifications require a state competency test or valid CNA license, TB test/clearance, reliable driver’s license and vehicle, and willingness to accept client assignments from the waitlist to qualify for special rate. Benefits include 401(k), dental and vision insurance, flexible schedule, and training/development opportunities. Work location is in clients’ homes with assignments varying based on availability.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
- Willingness to accept client assignments from our waitlist to qualify for special rate
