Job Summary
Urgent Home Health Aide roles in Reading, PA and surrounding areas. Full-time or part-time in-home care with flexible hours; responsibilities include personal care, incontinence and mobility support, companionship, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, errands and transportation, medication reminders, and care documentation. Requires CNA license or completion of state competency test, TB test or chest X-ray, valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; must be willing to accept client assignments from waitlist to qualify for special rate. Competitive pay of $15–$17/hour with benefits including 401(k), dental and vision insurance, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
