Job Summary
Provide in-home personal care assistance including hygiene, dressing, incontinence care, and mobility support for seniors and adults with disabilities in Mount Union, PA. Plan and prepare meals, handle light housekeeping, run errands, and offer transportation. Remind clients of medication schedules and provide companionship and emotional support. Document all care activities accurately. Maintain a reliable demeanor and possess a valid driver's license with a vehicle. Accept client assignments from the waitlist to qualify for the $15–$17 per hour pay rate. Complete required TB testing within one week of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required)
