Job Summary
Home Health Aide providing in-home care tailored to each client’s needs; duties include personal care, mobility support, companionship, meal planning, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, medication reminders, care documentation; mandatory CNA or valid license, TB test or chest X-ray, state competency test, valid driver’s license and vehicle, willingness to accept client assignments from waitlist; full-time or part-time; flexible hours; positions in Milan, PA and surrounding areas; travel to clients’ homes.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
- Care is provided in clients’ homes
- Willingness to accept client assignments from our waitlist to qualify for special rate
