Job Summary
Provide in-home personal care assistance, including hygiene, dressing, incontinence care, and mobility support for seniors and adults with disabilities in Mechanicsburg, PA. Deliver companionship, prepare meals, manage light housekeeping, and handle errands or transportation as needed. Remind clients of medications and maintain accurate care documentation. This role requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and completion of state competency testing or CNA licensure. Candidates must accept available client assignments from the waitlist to qualify for the $15–$17 hourly rate. Flexible full-time or part-time shifts are available Monday through weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required)
