Job Summary
Home Health Aide opportunity in Mechanicsburg, PA for in-home care across client assignments. Roles include personal care, incontinence and mobility support, companionship, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, errands and transportation, medication reminders, and care documentation. Flexible full-time or part-time schedule with day/evening/weekend shifts; urgent hiring for immediate openings. Requires CNA license or completion of state competency test, TB screening within one week of hire, valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle, and willingness to accept client assignments from waitlist to qualify for a special rate. Compensation $15–$17 per hour, plus benefits (401(k), dental, vision, training and advancement). Now serving clients in Mechanicsburg and surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
- Willingness to accept client assignments from our waitlist to qualify for special rate
