Job Summary
Provide in-home care to clients in Williamsport area. Duties vary by client and shift but typically include personal care assistance, incontinence support, mobility assistance, companionship, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, errands/transportation, medication reminders, and care documentation. Requires a CNA license or state competency test, TB test/X-ray within a week of hire, and a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle. Job type: full-time or part-time with flexible hours; pay rate $15–$17 per hour; benefits include 401(k), dental and vision insurance, and opportunities for advancement. Care is delivered in clients’ homes, with assignments varying by availability and travel capability.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
