Job Summary
Home Health Aide providing in-home care for clients in Williamsport and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include personal care assistance, incontinence care and mobility support, companionship and emotional support, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, errands and transportation, medication reminders, and care documentation. Schedule offers day shifts, evenings, weekends with full-time or part-time options; must be willing to accept client assignments as they become available. Qualifications include TB test or chest X-ray, completion of state competency test or valid CNA license, reliable demeanor, valid driver’s license and vehicle, and willingness to accept assignments. Location-based client needs vary; travel is required to provide care in clients’ homes.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Willingness to accept client assignments from our waitlist to qualify for special rate
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
- Care is provided in clients’ homes
