Job Summary
In-home Home Health Aide role in PA providing personal care, incontinence support, mobility assistance, companionship, meal planning and light housekeeping across client homes in Harrisburg and Williamsport. Requires CNA license or equivalent state competency test, TB testing (or chest X-ray/TSPOT), valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Flexible full-time or part-time shifts available with day/evening/weekend coverage; pay rate $15–$17 per hour with benefits including 401(k) and insurance options. Responsibilities vary by client and shift and include hygiene and dressing assistance, mobility support, meal preparation, medication reminders, care documentation, errands, transportation, and emotional support. Applicants must be willing to accept client assignments from a waitlist and travel as needed to client locations.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Willingness to accept client assignments from our waitlist to qualify for special rate
