Job Summary
Provide in-home care for clients in Fleetwood and surrounding areas as a Home Health Aide. Responsibilities include personal care assistance (hygiene and dressing), incontinence care and mobility support, companionship and emotional support, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, errands and transportation, medication reminders, and care documentation. Qualified candidates must have a valid CNA license or complete the agency state competency test, a TB test/T-Spot/chest X-ray within one week of hire, and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle. Flexible full-time or part-time schedules available with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
