Job Summary
In-home Home Health Aide role providing patient-centered care in clients' homes across Fleetwood, PA and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include personal care assistance (hygiene and dressing), incontinence care and mobility support, companionship, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, errands/transportation, medication reminders, and care documentation. Requires CNA license or successful completion of state competency test, valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle, and willingness to accept assignments from a waitlist to qualify for the special rate. Flexible full-time or part-time shifts with day/evening/weekend options; urgent hiring for immediate client openings.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
- Willingness to accept client assignments from our waitlist to qualify for special rate
