Job Summary
Provide in-home care to clients in their homes in Enola and Williamsport, PA. Responsibilities include personal care assistance (hygiene and dressing), incontinence care and mobility support, companionship and emotional support, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, errands and transportation, medication reminders, and care documentation. Must have a valid CNA license or complete the state competency test, plus a two-step TB test, T-SPOT, or chest X-ray within one week of hire. Requires a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Flexible scheduling with day, evening, and weekend shifts; full-time or part-time opportunities; positions involve traveling to client homes and varying assignments. Applicants must be able to accept available client assignments as they become open to qualify for the rate of $15–$17 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
- Willingness to accept client assignments from our waitlist to qualify for special rate
