Job Summary
Provide in-home care for clients in Williamsport and surrounding areas as a Home Health Aide. Duties include personal care assistance (hygiene and dressing), mobility support, companionship and emotional support, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, errands and transportation, medication reminders, and care documentation. Flexible schedule with full-time or part-time opportunities; day/evening/weekend shifts available. Requires valid CNA license or completion of state competency test, TB test/clear chest X-ray, reliable vehicle and driver’s license, and willingness to accept client assignments from waitlist to qualify for special rate. Pay rate ranges from $15–$17 per hour. Care is provided in clients’ homes and locations vary based on availability. Benefits such as 401(k), dental and vision insurance, and training and development are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
