Job Summary
Provide in-home care for clients in Ben Avon and surrounding areas, performing personal care assistance (hygiene and dressing), mobility support, companionship and emotional support, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, errands and transportation, medication reminders, and care documentation. Duties vary by client and shift and are tailored to each care plan. Requires completion of a TB test or chest X-ray, or T-SPOT, or state competency test with CNA license as applicable, and a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle. Flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time opportunities; urgent hiring for immediate openings. Emphasizes compassionate, professional care and building trusted relationships with clients.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
