Job Summary
Home Health Aide needed to provide in-home, person-centered care to clients in Williamsport and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include personal care assistance, mobility support, companionship, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, errands and transportation, medication reminders, and care documentation. Must have a valid CNA license or complete state competency testing, able to pass TB testing or chest X-ray, and hold a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle. Schedule is flexible with day shifts, evenings, and weekends; opportunities for full-time or part-time roles with potential for advancement. Competitive pay of $15–$17 per hour, benefits include 401(k), dental and vision insurance, and training and development.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
- Willingness to accept client assignments from our waitlist to qualify for special rate
