Job Summary
Rural Real Estate Sales Representative to join Elders on a permanent, full-time basis. Responsibilities include listing, marketing and selling properties; building and maintaining client relationships to understand current and future needs; participating in branch business development programs; achieving targets for sales, listings, appraisals and vendor-paid advertising; ensuring compliance with professional standards and reporting requirements; maximizing promotional opportunities at field days and community events; leveraging Elders’ network and technology to grow the real estate business.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a Real Estate licence (essential)
- Possess local real estate industry experience
- Current driver’s licence
- Sound Real Estate marketing skills
- Possess an understanding of Real Estate Legislation
- Have excellent communication, organizational, negotiation and client relationship skills
- Are a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
- Are resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology
