RURAL HEALTH & WORKFORCE ENGAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

Lead the engagement design, launch, and enrollment processes for the California Rural Health Transformation Program. Bridge strategy, operations, partnerships, and the rural transformation & workforce teams to socialize program offerings, meet enrollment metrics, and deliver high‐quality communications and value propositions. Serve as program spokesperson with stakeholders, cultivate relationships with participating hospitals and provider partners, drive onboarding and enrollment through engaged collaboration across business development, contracts, IT, analytics, and workforce teams, and ensure alignment of analytics, data flows, and tools to support reporting and provider incentives. Represent OCHIN externally in industry forums and maintain a culture of operational excellence, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
