Rural Health Fellowship Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician (MD/DO)

Conduct comprehensive OB/GYN practice at the UNC Women's Health at Eden site in Eden, NC, collaborating with two experienced clinical partners. Manage a balanced 50/50 mix of obstetrics and gynecology cases within a collegial team of 177 clinicians. Support a sustainable call schedule targeting 1:5 to 1:6 calls, utilizing dedicated per diem coverage and EPIC EMR with Abridge Ambient AI Scribe. Pursue individually tailored training including leadership, administrative, and research development up to 50% if desired, or opt for a 100% clinical fellowship. Join the UNC SOM Fully Integrated Readiness for Service (FIRST) Training Program to address workforce shortages in rural North Carolina communities.
