Job Summary
Lead the Rural Health Clinic Manager role within Dahl Memorial Healthcare Association, overseeing the overall leadership, administration, operational performance, financial management, and strategic direction of the Rural Health Clinic. Collaborate with providers and executive leadership to improve patient access, drive revenue-cycle performance, ensure regulatory compliance and quality initiatives, and support growth of programs and services. Responsibilities include recruitment and development of staff, scheduling and referral management, telehealth coordination, ensuring patient-centered operations, budgeting and financial reporting, and maintaining HIPAA compliance while striving for operational excellence and improved patient outcomes in a rural Critical Access Hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
- Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
- Knowledge of clinic operations, revenue cycle processes, and healthcare reimbursement
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer requirements
- Ability to collaborate effectively with providers and interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field
- Experience in Rural Health Clinic or Critical Access Hospital
- Experience with budget development and financial management
- Additional language proficiency
