Manage a traditional primary care panel in a rural setting with on-site access to specialists including OB/GYN and General Surgery. Conduct daily diagnostic imaging coverage and same-day clinic appointments for acute conditions, utilizing onsite imaging and laboratory services. Support the clinic with precepting medical students if desired, while rounding at local nursing homes. Operate within a 4-day work week (32 patient contact hours) plus one admin day, with routine clinic call handled by APPs. Fully integrated Epic EMR.
