Job Summary
Prioritize high-impact interventions to reduce downtime and remove blockers quickly for Rangers and service providers. Connect poor customer satisfaction scores to operational issues, investigate root causes, and ensure problems are resolved rather than recurring. Assign the right Ranger to the right site to create conditions for a first-time fix, while coordinating partners and monitoring uptime metrics to identify permanent solutions. Standardise processes and lead cross-market initiatives across Portugal and Spain, supporting and challenging the field team to maintain performance. Visit stations regularly to understand field conditions and occasionally engage hands-on with equipment.
