Job Summary
Set up dining rooms, clear tables, pour water, and run food while collaborating with servers and expediters. Reset the dining room, polish glassware, and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout all areas. Possess knowledge of menu items and proper mise to accompany each dish. Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality by creating a welcoming environment for guests. Engage in table maintenance and resetting with efficiency, speed, and grace.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs.
- English fluency
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a guest-facing restaurant role preferred, but not necessary
- Additional languages preferred, but not required
