Job Summary
Coordinate mail and shipping; organize and stock office supplies; move and lift large box deliveries; assist HR Manager with office management tasks; assist with other tasks as requested. Requires a vehicle and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Full-time, in-office role in Pensacola, FL, with a pay rate of $15-16/hour. Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration across the office are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Computer skills including knowledge of mailroom equipment: copy machine, package tracking software
- Must be able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds, while kneeling and bending
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with a great attitude and minimal supervision
- Must carry 100/300 UM coverage and have a clean driving record
