Job Summary
Deliver concessions, kitchen, and bar items to guests while adhering to In Seat Dining procedures. Collaborate with the expediter to ensure timely, high-quality food service and guide guests through menu options and promotions. Clean auditoriums by removing dishes and trash, assist team members with ticket scanning and restroom checks, and navigate guest complaints or projection issues. Complete all opening, mid, and closing procedures while maintaining strict attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. This role supports Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas' commitment to exceptional hospitality and seamless in-theater dining experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- ServSafe, Food Handling and Alcohol training certifications
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, guests, and management
- Effective communication skills with the ability to handle difficult and stressful situations and issues in a positive manner
- Must be able to maintain strong attention to detail while able to prioritize in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
- Have integrity and can be counted on to the right thing
- Available nights, holidays and weekends
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25lbs to 50lbs with assistance
